Payment is via Stripe and can be made with any major credit or debit card. We must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we despatch the goods.


Orders are processed between Monday and Friday.

Free with orders over £50.

£5 Royal Mail Tracked.

Delivery time: approx. 2-3 working days. 


£8 Express.

Delivery time: Next working day if ordered Monday to Friday by 12 noon (excluding Bank Holidays).


Unfortunately, our carrier isn’t able to deliver to the Highlands and Islands.


EUROPE

£10-£15 delivery (€12 for those in the Eurozone)

Delivery time: approx. 10 to 14 working days.

No duty & sales tax on EU orders under €150 (approx. £120) (excluding shipping).


USA

$30 delivery

Delivery time: approx. 10 to 14 working days.

Free with orders over $200


CANADA

$35 CAD delivery

Delivery time: approx. 10 to 14 working days.

Free with orders over $250 CAD


Rest of the World

£15-£50 delivery

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your order but if for any reason you are not, we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided they remain unopened and in their original packaging.


We will issue a full refund, which will include the costs of the original delivery/order, but not the cost of returning any goods. To arrange a return please contact returns@amlybotanicals.co.uk and we will allocate you a Returns Code. Please include this code with the package. Returns address: AMLY Returns, Hawthbush Farm, Gun Hill, East Sussex TN21 0JY, UK


You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery). Please ensure returned items are stored safely as we will not be responsible for goods that are damaged whilst in your care.
